Role Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and driven individual to take ownership of our website management, digital collateral, social media strategies, SEO, and online advertising. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of Hakimo, driving brand awareness, and generating leads through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to generate leads and increase visibility.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking, increase traffic, and optimize content for search engines as well as generative AI answer engines like ChatGPT. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance, social media metrics, and ad campaign success. Provide regular reports to track KPIs and suggest improvements.
  • Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, updating messaging, adding/editing/removing pages, ensuring functionality, design, and user experience are optimized. 
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Ensure consistent branding and engage with the community.
  • Collateral Development: Create, manage, and update digital marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, case studies, etc.) to align with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Work closely with internal teams to create engaging blog posts, newsletters, and other content that aligns with our marketing goals.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing efforts align with Hakimo’s brand identity and voice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B tech startup environment selling to the US market. 
  • Experience with website design and content management systems (CMS) like Webflow. 
  • Proven track record of running successful digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of website management, SEO, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for driving results.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the physical security or related sectors selling to brick-and-mortar businesses
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) for creating visuals and collateral
  • Exposure to the US market and culture
  • Building 0 to 1 marketing strategies at a successful B2B tech startup
