Role Overview:

As part of the Founder’s Office, you’ll work directly with our CEO on strategic and high-impact projects, ranging from deep market research and competitive intelligence to identifying new growth opportunities, building partnerships, and driving special initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Research and track industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor moves.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify non-traditional partners, devise outreach strategies and messaging. 
• Collateral Development: Help with collateral and messaging to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Special Projects: Special strategic projects that come up on-demand such as fundraising support, functional support, PR/media, messaging, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, etc. 
• SaaS Metrics Tracking: Implement and maintain processes, dashboards and spreadsheets to track typical SaaS metrics and work on ways to optimize them.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate strategy, or a high-growth startup in a strategy/BD role
• Experience or exposure to working with the US market
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and loves solving open-ended problems.
• Analytical with ninja-like skills with spreadsheets, data analytics, presentations and in translating numbers into insights.
• Communicate clearly in crisp written and spoken English.
• Have a strong bias for action
• Adept at using AI to improve productivity
• Ability to work with a global team across multiple time zones
