Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative, proactive Graphic Designer to join the Hakimo team. In this role, you will lead the visual identity and creative output across digital and print channels including website graphics, social media visuals, sales collateral, presentations, event materials, and brand campaigns. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and Sales to ensure all design assets are on-brand, high-impact and aligned with our growth goals.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and visually polished design assets for the website, blog, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
- Design sales and marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, one-pagers, infographics, slide decks) that clearly communicate complex tech in an accessible way.
- Create and Maintain Design artifacts for the product needs on the need basis (FIGMA Artifacts).
- Create Design Language for the organization in terms of all public postings as well as Hakimo Product.
- Maintain and evolve the brand guidelines: typography, colour palette, imagery, iconography, layout systems and design components.
- Partner with content and marketing teams to storyboard, conceptualise and execute creative campaigns (launches, webinars, events, thought-leadership).
- Work with the web team (or CMS) to implement visual updates and ensure consistency across user touch-points.
- Collaborate with the product and UX teams to develop visual assets (screenshots, diagrams, animations) that support product messaging.
- Provide design guidance and templates for cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, HR) to maintain brand consistency.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools and best practices; continually elevate our visual standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a designer (in-house), preferably in a B2B tech environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work across digital media, brand identity and marketing collaterals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools; experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
- Experience designing for web and social channels: layout, visual hierarchy, mobile-first thinking.
- Good understanding of brand design, typography, colour theory, visual storytelling.
- Ability to translate technical and complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, agile environment, adapting to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience designing motion/animation (After Effects, Lottie) or video editing.
- Familiarity with web design/CMS (e.g., Webflow) and working with responsive layouts.
- Knowledge of marketing performance metrics and ability to think about design’s impact on lead generation and conversion.
- Experience working for or with US-market audiences.
