  • Maintain accurate shift logs, alarm records, and handover notes.

Mentoring, Quality & Shift Support

  • Coach Security Analysts on SOPs, alarm-handling procedures, and escalation decisions.
  • Assist with onboarding and on-the-job training for new analysts.
  • Support quality checks for alarm acknowledgment times, escalation accuracy, and report quality.
  • Act as shift-in-charge when the Team Lead is unavailable.
  • Recommend improvements to SOPs and monitoring workflows.

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Experience working with US clients or emergency services is an advantage.
  • Strong incident reporting skills and familiarity with incident management or ticketing platforms.
  • Sound judgment, composure under pressure, and the ability to make timely decisions.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and rotational week-offs as part of a 24/7 SOC operation.
