What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of multifamily asset manager accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner from onboarding through renewal
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with asset managers, portfolio managers, and property operations leaders
  • Drive revenue retention and expansion by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and portfolio growth opportunities across existing accounts
  • Conduct regular business reviews focused on client outcomes, security performance, ROI, and portfolio-level business value
  • Partner with Pre-Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Support to ensure smooth handoffs, rapid time-to-value, and strong long-term client health
  • Act as the first escalation point for client issues, coordinating cross-functional resolution and proactively managing at-risk accounts
  • Maintain accurate account records, expansion pipeline, renewal forecasts, and customer health insights within the CRM

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, strategic sales, or client-facing revenue roles, preferably in multifamily real estate, PropTech, or real estate technology
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding retention, expansion, renewal, or revenue growth targets in a B2B environment
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business value and associated ROI
  • Working knowledge of multifamily asset management, property operations, or real estate investment workflows
  • Strong commercial instincts with experience identifying expansion opportunities, negotiating renewals, and managing account growth
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability startup environment
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with institutional, private equity-backed, REIT, family office, or operator-investor multifamily portfolios
  • Familiarity with property management platforms or related integrations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience representing a company at industry conferences, client events, or executive business reviews
